How can I return my order (in full or in part)?

  • You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.

  • The full amount will be refunded within 5 business days after we receive the return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Procedure

  2. Our customer service will send you a return form.

  3. Return the items at your own expense.

  4. The refund will be issued within 8 days of receiving your return.


Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only possible within 30 minutes after completing the order.

Receiving a Damaged Item

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days and include a photo of the damaged product.
We will send a free replacement. If the item is still damaged after two replacement shipments, a full refund will be issued.

If a manufacturing defect or issue appears after use, please email info@belleboutique.com — we will provide a personalised solution.


Incorrect Delivery Received
