Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms are defined as:

Cooling-off Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: A natural person not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: Calendar day.

Ongoing Contract: A distance contract for the regular delivery of goods and/or services over a period of time.

Durable Medium: Any tool that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information in a way that makes future access and unaltered reproduction possible.

Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services at a distance to consumers.

Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer as part of a system organised for distance sales using only remote communication.

Means of Distance Communication: Tools that allow the conclusion of a contract without simultaneous physical presence.

Terms and Conditions: The present general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from Belle Boutique and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the conclusion of a distance contract, the consumer will be provided with the text of these Terms and Conditions. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed how to access the terms by other means or receive a copy free of charge.
If the contract is concluded electronically, the Terms and Conditions will be made available in a way that allows the consumer to store them easily for future reference.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
All images and descriptions are for illustration purposes only and are not binding.
The offer will contain all necessary information so that the consumer clearly understands their rights and obligations upon acceptance.
Article 5 – The Contract
A contract is established once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
If the contract is concluded electronically, Belle Boutique will take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the data transmission.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
Returned products must be undamaged, complete, and include all accessories.
Article 7 – Return Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
A refund will be issued within five working days after receipt of the returned goods.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Certain product or service categories may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided this is clearly stated in the offer.
Article 9 – Prices
All prices include applicable statutory taxes unless otherwise stated.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the consumer.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Belle Boutique guarantees that the products and services comply with the stated specifications in the offer and with all applicable legal standards.
Article 11 – Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer within a maximum of 30 days, unless agreed otherwise.
In the event of delivery delays, the consumer will be notified and may cancel the order free of charge.
Article 12 – Termination of Ongoing Contracts
The consumer may cancel an ongoing contract with due notice as specified in the contract.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment must be made within seven working days of placing the order.
Any incorrect payment information must be reported to Belle Boutique immediately.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the defect or issue is identified.
Article 15 – Disputes
All disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by UK law, unless Belle Boutique is established in another jurisdiction.
